Our services.

  • Confidentiality.

We have worked for and with nearly all of North America’ major general contractors individually or with joint ventures. We often ask for reciprocity with regard to confidentiality.

  • Data Security.

The work we perform is conducted as an extension of your staff. In particular, we often attend your data and site orientations to ensure compliance with your policies and procedures, use your software servers, and document control systems. Our employees and consultants are engaged by nondisclosure agreements and equipped with laptops that limit the ability to access external storage devices. When necessary, any supplementary data storage is retained in restricted access Google Cloud based storage accounts and protected with two step authentication.

  • Quality Control and Assurance.

When we are engaged early and things progress as planned, we consider ourselves a simple extension of your staff. When things have not gone to plan, we have considerable experience forensically developing quality documentation based on the available contemporaneous data, a program of various non-destructive and in-situ testing, and third party engineering assessment with PE review and seal. We have worked with engineering firms representing Owners and Concessionaires, and have relationships and experience resolving these issues to a level of confidence that allows the interested Parties to negotiate a path forward.

  • Handover and Commissioning.

Ideally every project would start out collecting what is required to handover or commission the final Project, but sometimes that does not happen. We have been engaged to resolve this circumstance more than a few times. We prefer to work in parallel to your staff. In essence, once the situation is identified we will work with you and your staff to develop a plan. Addressing the past, create processes and timeline to transition previous practices toward collecting the required materials contemporaneously. Then we will get to work addressing the past and allow your staff to work forward.

  • Right of Way and Utility Relocation.

We have just recently found that our dogmatic ability to follow workflow processes is a natural fit with these activities. Specifically, we have found that a consistent interaction with realtors, appraisers, property surveyors, title companies, and home owners provides accurate and current information for decision makers, acquisition managers, and condemnation engineers to timely progress ROW issues, or at a minimum know exactly who, what, when, and where issues reside, and sometimes how to resolve them. Same for utility relocations. There is simply no replacement for consistent communication and situational awareness.

  • Project Audits

We provide an extra set of eyes, ears, and unique perspective by providing Independent Project Audits. Proactively or to avoid or arrest schedule slippage, margin erosion, and productivity issues.
